My real estate agent has been trying to fix the listing of my property on Trulia for the last three weeks,

Unsuccessfully. The property is 3845 Macomb Street, NW. It does not appear in searches. It only appears when you type in the exact address. How can this be fixed? .

I would email Trulia immediately at customerservice@trulia.com, you will be given a ticket number right the way.
They are very slow and unresponsive but you should try to follow up with your ticket number, be persistent and have them make the corrections.

Brock,

You've encountered one of the big limitations of sites like this: they just can't afford to provide much in the way of customer support. At least Trulia has a customer service email address, which you should try: customerservice@trulia.com. Zillow, a competitor, doesn't even have an email address like this. You have to post an inquiry to a forum there and hope 1) that they post it, and 2) that they answer it. So far I've had no such luck there.

I checked Realtor.com to see if your property came up in a search without entering your address, and it does. That's the granddaddy of online real estate sites, so at least it's there. good luck!

Hi Brock - Good luck with getting the listing fixed. I have found that the help desk for Trulia is generally pretty helpful when I have had questions.
