My daughter has her house on the market and has it priced very low for a quick sale. She wants to sell it as

is condition. Is it best that she disclose this in the description of the house or should she wait and tell them only at the time a potential buyer is interested? Is it to her benefit to be up front or will this hurt her chances of people wanting to see her house. (This is not a short sale, she just wants to sell and move closer to her us.)

I think she should be upfront and say she sells her house as is, so potential buyer knows what to expect. Disclosing condition of the house might pick interest of people that are looking for fixers.
