is condition. Is it best that she disclose this in the description of the house or should she wait and tell them only at the time a potential buyer is interested? Is it to her benefit to be up front or will this hurt her chances of people wanting to see her house. (This is not a short sale, she just wants to sell and move closer to her us.)
