Tyler, you can do this through Realtor.com and most likely your MLS. I used to use Point 2 web services and had a back door portal for sellers to go and see all sorts of stats and hits on their home.

Are you looking to track web traffic or showings? If you are looking for web traffic, you can send a report from the mls that shows activity. You can do the same from REALTOR.com and even forward your stats from trulia. For showing activity I would recommend you talk to your broker about what tools may be available to you.

Tyler, that all depends on the system you have setup. Perhaps you could be a bit more specific about how your information flows.

I think what you want to know is how to deliver a report to your seller when someone shows the house? Is that correct?
