Is there a way to find out how many showings homes on the market have gotten in the 66102 or 66104 zip code area in the past week or month?

I'm mainly interested in homes in the 70,000-80,000 price range. I have a home on the market right now that is very nice, but have not gotten any showin at all in the past couple of weeks. This is a relatively new listing and is priced right.

The amount of showings other properties are getting is really personal information and often not given out--however, you mentioned that your property is currently on the market and had no showings--you should have had some activity by now-- and a lack thereof suggests the price may be too high--review data about recently sold similar properties in the immediate area--if the price is out of line with the current market, consider a price drop sooner rather than later--keep in mind that a home is worth what someone is willing to pay for it; it doesn’t matter what the seller needs or potential buyers can afford to spend--market conditions do matter.

That would be private information, though your agent could give you data on homes that have gone from active to pending during that period.
