foreclosures. Today, here in Bullhead City, of the 14 new residential homes listed 9 were foreclosures and one was a short sale. Do the math, that leaves 4 regular home sales to come on the market today. How is a seller going to be able to compete and get their home sold? I have some answers that can help. Just ask me.
