I guess I'm asking if homes in "exclusive", older areas like the upper end of Arroyo Dr. will stand a better chance of competing against all the homes in newer generic tract neighborhoods? I want to sell my unique, very desirable house, but I don't want to give it away. Are their still discerning buyers out there willing to pay a bit more for something special?
