Is it worth it?

So l put my house on the market about 3 months ago. I had 2 offer, one came in really low and the other backed out right after putting the offer in. The brokerage I listed it with set the price. It is listed at $168,000. I'm like yall to look at the comps in the area and see if I'm too high. I'm an investor and need to move the property. There arent many house from my town listed on trulia. You will have to go to Realtor.com under Beeville Tx 78102 to see the full list of houses for sale. Mine is found at 1408 Wren Ln. Beeville, Tx 78102. It can be seen on Realtor.com or Parkb.com. Check it out along with the other comps and tell me what I should do. Thanks

Price can solve most problems.
Is your home occupied with a tenant?
That can be another issue.
You may want to sell vacant.

Jon,
Shouldn't your Realtor be able to give you this information? It is very simple to obtain. Good luck!
