If it's not specified in the listing and or contract and it's not "nailed/screwed down" then by all means load it up!! BUT is it worth taking?

It is not required to leave a refriderator when you sell your home. Your agent should note whether the refridrator is included in the sale in your listing and should be on the sale contract at the time of purchase.

Hi Chris,

Have you listed you home yet? In the listing, your realtor will specify which appliances are included or not. If you wish to take your refrigerator you may. It can also be negotiated later on in the contract.

Good luck!
