Is it a good idea to offer owner financing for a mobile home in Florida?

If the mobile home is older than 1976, a bank wouldn't finance it at all, in which case you would have to use owner financing. Newer than that, and it is a possibility. However, make sure you are doing this with legal assistance so that you are protected.

Be sure to consult your CPA and an attorney if needed to protect your interests!
If the buyer flakes you need to be protected.
