In NJ. is there a law on how long we Realtors can advertise Sold listings...postcards detailing the sale

To just add a few points, you will need to put a disclaimer if your including sold homes that you did not sell or list. You will need to have the ad checked by your broker/manager as well. I have seen situations in which the real estate commission got involved in an ad that didn't have all the fine print. Could save you thousands of $$'s.

There is no law. However I wouldn't go past 6 months. A 9 month old sale is irrelevant in this market. I think sellers really want to know what is happening right now. Especially with all the real estate news coverage in the media right now.
