Hello Regoddess,

The State of California only requires one homeowner to list the home for sale. However, all homeowners must sign all documentation when entering into an agreement to purchase the home. Good luck!

Hello Regoddess,

Husband and wife In California - it takes one to list and two to sell. It is not necessary for both husband and wife to sign although there are brokerages that request it.
