I would like to list my condo on your Trulia site. Is there a charge for general listing?

Carlye,
Trulia doesn't accept FSBO listings. If you list with a great local agent, they can post it here and on dozens of other sites to get you maximum exposure. The proven way to maximize your return is to get the home exposed to the largest possible market and to understand what the recent sales and competition are doing, so you can take full advantage. A great agent has many strategies depending on the local market, demand and limitations you may have.
Best of luck however you proceed.

Carly, you will need to pick up the phone and chat with a Cliffside Park REALTOR.
They can be very accommodating regarding the fees involved.

Trulia prefers homes for sale appearing on this website be offered through a real estate brokerage to assure data integrity.
