I want to sell a rental property in the Kono Tayee Estates in Lucerne, CA. I bought it for $321,000 in 2006.

What are the trends in Lucerne now? Do you think I could get back what I invested? How long does it take on average to sell in Kono Tayee?

I would like a lease option to buy or a private mortgage deal in Kono Tayee. My dad's property just sold for $60,000 today January 27,2012- the Gray A-frame on the canal, so prices are iffy. We could not buy it due to the reveerse mortgage status. I have a great job in the county and am motivated to stay here as a buyer not a renter (which is what I am now). Its a great deal for the owner as we set the price now and in say 3 years I can qualify for the loan. A win win deal 209-256-0490 Celeste

Homes in Lucerne if they are priced right are selling pretty fast, Anything under 100K is moving but they are probably a Foreclosure or a Short Sale. If you have a quality home that is in "Move in" condition you should not have too much trouble selling it. Please call if I can be of assistance. I am with Noble Realty, one of the oldest Real Estate firms in the county. This is my 4th year in Real estate and I am having fun meeting new people. I have lived here in Lake County since 1981. I would be glad to come see your home and give you a Free home evaluation and would be glad to list it for you if you decide to sell. 95% of the homes we sell are on this side of the lake and we were the #1 office for sales in 2010. Give me a call at 707-245-8200. Lou Derr
