Sharon, thank you for your post requesting help.
At this moment I feel a few items should be cleared from the table. (This is my opinion, not Trulia's. nor anyone else's).
First, I don't know where you are located. I take it that your condo is located in Mexicio, is that correct? Or is it that you reside in Mexico and your home is in Kingsbury Circle, near Pittsburgh?
Second, is it a condo or a time share?
I am sure that some may give me flak for this post...please be understanding.
If I were in you shoes (where ever they may be), I would find a Realtor that knows your local market.
Third, let me ask you: Is it more important to list your property ASAP, as you state, or is it more importantly to sell it as soon as possible for top dollar?
There appear to be quite a few agents that few Trulia as an advertising platform. My advice to those agents is to refrain from self promotion, it's not attractive.
Are you looking for a professional to help you achieve a specific goal, or just list your property on Trulia? What if Trulia is only one of 20 websites that consumers visit? Would you prefer NOT to have it listed anyplace else?
How would you feel if you knew that in the majority of sales a Realtor brings the buyer that buys the home? So if you exclude the Realtor to "save the commission", the truth is your property may never sell?
Forgive me for being direct. If you are serious about selling for maximum profit, then seek out a professional. Would you let a next door neighbor extract a molar? Would you have your mother-in-law prepare your taxes to minimize your federal income tax liability?
IMHO, do the right thing. Find a professional, demand excellent service, and treat this as a serious matter.
Sharon, I hope that you found my words helpful. My apologies if not.
