You can do a search of homes close to the same style, square footage, bedrooms, etc as your subject property. This will give you a goo idea of what homes are going for. You can visit the County Auditors website look up the property and it will tell you what the "appraised value" of the subject property is. I caution these value tend to be off.
You can contact a local Real Estate Agent who will be able to provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis, which will include Listed, Sold and Expired homes.
