One will suggest a price that is too low. If you accept the price they have a quick easy deal.
One will suggest too high, hoping that over time you will come down to fair market value.
One will tell you the truth, somewhere lower than you were hoping but more than you'll get using either other agent. Pick this agent and you'll do well.
