Michael Tall…, Home Buyer in Highlands Ranch, CO

I'm trying to figure out why my house that was listed about a week ago is not showing up on Trulia. Can someone tell me how long it normally?

The direct internet feeds from Active listings in the Denver MLS typically post in 24 - 48 hours to internet Real Estate sites, such as Trulia. Hope this is helpful, cheers, Jan Baer Realtor BAER Realty LLC

Hi Michael

Not all Companies/Agents syndicate their listings to all sites which could be one reason.

Your agent should be able to help with syndication questions.

I would ask your agent. He/she will know how their listings get syndicated to other sites. Sometimes it can take a few days or even weeks for it to show up.

Hi Michael - Normally as a Keller Williams real estate agent, when we enter our listings into the MLS, we syndicate it to several websites including Trulia.com. We normally see it post no later than 48 hours.

Are you listing your home with an agent or are you trying to market it yourself?
