Hi Ricardo:

I think most of the people on Trulia are looking for US properties. Here is a site you might want to consider:

Worldwide Luxury homes http://www.sylviasellsmarin.com/SearchLuxuryProperty

Worldwide property search http://www.relohomesearch.com/

By listing your hom there via your Realtor, you might get more international buyers attention.

Good Luck!

Hi Ricardo,
I work with international properties, my brokerage just sold a greek island last month. Feel free to email me at melanie@condocontessa.com; obviously with the dollar where it is there are fewer Americans looking in Europe, but there are buyers.

Totally agree with Elvis. However, like a private investor anyone could buy or sell any properties around the world, but Real Estate presentation should be local for sure. Real Estate is local by nature and very strict and regulated.
