I'm broker/owner and also a state licensed real estate appraiser since 1988. If you provide the address I can assess the value properly. I've appraised many units over the years and can provide this consultation for free as part of my service.

Hello William. I work with Prudential California Realty and we have several programs that might benefit you. There is a program in particular that you would benefit from: The Absentee Program. This allows me to list and sell the property and insure that the rents be paid...we will guarantee rents. Please e-mail me and let me send you some information on the program and you decide. E-mail me at dyannaavila@hotmail.com

Good Luck!!

I sell units up and down the SoCal coastal cities and would love to help you evaluate next steps. I would need to look at the building financials to see if your target price and timeline is viable in this market. If you are interested in moving to the next step....send me an email and I will let you know what info I need to guide you....jacquelinewalker@firstteam.com

William:

Sorry for the double answer. I just pulled up your property. According to title records there has only been one Triplex sold this year in your immediate area. (I have not checked the MLS yet.) It would seem that you would want to get listed right away. I work with both investors and 1st time homebuyers who are looking for multi unit properties in Long Beach. They are your most likely buyers on this property. Let me know if I can be of service and Dare to Dream.

William:

I live in Long Beach and have specialized in this area for about 10 years (as an investor, owner, and realtor). I currently have several clients looking to purchase multi unit properties in your zip code. Please provide me with the particulars (you can contact me through my profile) and can let you know what we can get for your property.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Dare to Dream
