Hi Trueman,
I know a great agent in Pasadena, very hard working, who works by referral only. Email me at info@kimandkristine.com and I'll connect you. Or you can fill out your info on my link & I will connect you that way.

The key is to find a great Agent. Let me recommend Shannon Chang at Dilbeck Realtors 626-319-8545.
She is the hardest working, most creative and loyal Agent I have evr met!

Dear Trueman,

If you are referring to the listing agents, they would have been the ones who had their signs in the yards of the homes that were for sale. The people who purchased the property, had buyers agents who represented them in the purchase. The names of both can be found in the MLS or you could even ask your new neighbors. That being said, the most important thing about choosing an agent is that you have great report and that they know the area well. You want to be able to talk to them about any concerns you may have share regular open and honest communication. Anyone can put up a sign in your yard, it takes a good agent to get it sold. Do you like their marketing plan? Do they have fresh and creative ideas for bringing in buyers? Do they know how to price it to get the most activity and the best sales price?

My partner and I would be happy to meet with you to discuss our suggestions for the successful marketing of your home. Please feel free to contact us.

Good luck!

Hi Trueman, just contact a local agent (like myself) and have them run a comparative market analysis for you. They can provide you with sales information on the properties in your area. Keep in mind that just because one agent may have sold a property in your location, it does mean that he or she is the right agent to sell your property. You should interview agents who will be the best fit for your needs and the sale of your home.

A recent sale does not necessarily make a good agent. I suggest you interview several to see which one fits your needs best. Besides previous success, you want someone who you feel you can trust and you can work with. I highly recommend Shannon Chang 626-319-8545, from the Dilbeck San Marino office. Besides being top in her office and knowledgeable in your neighborhood, she is very hard working, dedicated and honest.

Hi Trueman,
There are so many resources online that can aid you in the kind of research you are wanting to accomplish. If you go onto a site, such as Redfin, you can find out tons of information about the homes you want to look into. Redfin will show you what the house sold for and a lot of other information too. You do have to search a bit for the agent's name (they are not trying to advertise that!), but on the listing I saw the agent's name was under the picture of the house. Good luck to you!

Good morning Trueman!
There are hundreds of agents to choose from and ultimately when you are selling you want to find the person who you feel like you can trust to best represent you through the process of listing, marketing & ultimately selling your home. It would be very easy to look up the listing agents for the homes that have sold in the neighborhood for which you are looking. I would be happy to do that for you as well if that is what you need. When priced well and marketed aggressively your home will sell (& probably sell quickly). I would be happy to give you a list of clients whose homes I have sold in the last 6 months to a year if that would be helpful. Listed below are a few of the websites for homes that I have listed and sold in the last year. Please don't hesitate to be in touch at any time. I wish you the best in accomplishing your real estate goals in the future. I would welcome the opportunity to serve your real estate needs in selling your home when you are ready.

Aside from asking the neighbors, you can contact a local agent and they can look up the sold listings for you in the MLS if you give them the addresses. I think that would be the easiest and quickest way to get the information. You can ask for a CMA report as well which will include recently sold listings that are similar to your home.

you could knock on your neighbors; doors and ask them who their agents were and whether they would recommend them.

Let me know what the address of the properties are and I will tell you what you want to know. My colleague and I work in the area and it's very easy to find out. Please give me call at your convenience.
Isn't it nice to know that one call does it all?
