We see the majority of FSBO sellers who end up with a licensed agent in the end, so even though you have not disclosed where you are from... I would recommend that you get a professional to help you. Its a tough market for sellers out there right now. The For Sale By Owner concept worked better when it was a sellers market.... anyone could sell a home it seemed at that time.
