If you are a for sale by owner the post is not allowed, you can however try blogging about the property; if and when you do list with an agent, he/she can post it for you, ask; or consider any flat fee realty company that feeds into the site.

You must use a Broker/Realtor to list on this site. Much easier and statisically better to sell your home.

As I am sure you are aware there are other sites available for trying to sell a home as an owner. Some people are successful but about 95% still end up either going a flat fee route or just hiring a Realtor. The most showings occur through MLS which is also linked to sites like Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia. Just remember that Realtor's pay a lot of money each year for their licenses, training, memberships, advertisement, and access to MLS. They don't work for free and even flat fee listings get fewer showings as a result than just hiring a Realtor. Selling a home is not like selling car by putting a sticker on the window.

If you are a home owner and wish to submit your listing to Trulia for sale, please note that Trulia does not accept for sale by owner listing submissions at this time. However if you are working with a full-service or flat-fee listing agent or broker, he or she can submit your listing.
