Great question!
I agree with the others, interview a couple of Realtors that work in your area. Ask them the same question and take some notes!

I don't know your plans, however based on the calendar I would make those calls a priority!
Good luck~!

Decide if you are going to list it or if you're going to list it with a Realtor. If you're going to list your home with a Realtor you'll need to start interviewing them. Before deciding to sell your home did you look into how much you can realistically sell it for?

Absolutely, start by interviewing agents and take into account the overall experience and presentation. The agent representing you will have to provide maximum exposure in this delicate market. In my experience, working with a National Company helps bring in referrals that may not be available to smaller companies. Get Educated!! The best advice I can give you would be to get as educated as you can about your Market so you can help make the decisions when it comes time to sell!
Good Luck,

Start with what realtor you are going to hire to sell it for you. Call the top three agents that sell in your area and make appointments to interview them.
