I have a rental property in NJ and stopped renting in 2004. I depreciated the rental and now want to sell it. What is the impact?

Well you certainly would have recieved more for it if you sold it back in 2004 when you stopped renting it out and letting it sit vacant for 6 years can't help either. If your asking about the tax implications then you need to consult a CPA
