I have a new listing in which the previous owner committed suicide inside the home. Am I allowed to disclose?

This is really decided by your States real estate law. I would talk with your Broker and your board about the best way to handle this issue.

Hi Kirkland:

In California you have to disclose also. I have found that when an agent calls to make an appointment is when I actually tell them. Usually it saves time and energy...you might want to check with your broker to see what they might suggest.

Good Luck
