Put a sign in the yard that reads, "FOR SALE, $5 or best offer."

What will prove most benefical to you is an analysis of your home's true market value AND the current real estate market conditions in Little Rock AR.

With that data you can assess if a quick sale is most probable via the hidden market or if a PLF is more effective or if pricing to create bidding is the best. This evaluation is best completed by those who help in the purchase and sale of dozens of homes annually. Your local REALTOR can access this data and provide for you the appropriate interpretation.
