Host open hopuses and offer a drawing of lotto tickets, cash or a trip somewhere local. When ever you give someone something they are more likely to consider what your fofering. An extra benefit, you pick up buyers, sellers and referrals for yourself! Have fun with it. Host a neighborhood garage sale or a free car wash (where you actually roll up your selves and help) Your clients will love this and you. You bring attention to the house and don't forget to advertise in your local paper its inexpensive!
