The easiest way to find these prices would be to contact a Licensed Real Estate agent in the area who has access to the MLS. The MLS will allow the agent to bring up all homes (multifamily) that have sold in any range of time that you would like. You may also be able to contact the Gloucester/Salem County Board of Realtors and they also may be able to give you the numbers & prices you need.
If you should have any questions please feel free to contact us and anyone on our team would be glad to assist you.

Are you searching for buildings with 1-4 units, or 5+ units. If you are searching for small apt buidlings, we may be able to help you.

I am a licensed Broker in NJ, and service your area for commercial and land only. We do not do residential in your area, nor do we have MLS access for your area. I haven't seen any RE Pros from your area post to Trulia recently. Perhaps one will chime in on the residential side (1-4 units). If someone doesn't chime in, you can look at http://CRS.com and search for a CRS agent in your area.

If you post back w/ more details, that would be helpful. Try Loopnet.com and costar also.
