Get the seller involved. Print up some brochures for them, and ask them to take some along with them when they go shopping etc., and hand them out. You can do this too. Give them to everyone, even the burger bagger at the McD drive-through. They may not be in the market, but they may know someone who is. It may surprise you how much interest is generated. Whether it sells the house or not, it may also generate some leads.
