You will get as much as the market will bear at this point and time, if you price it right. Priced right means you need to get an informed opinion on what homes like yours have sold for within generally one mile of your home..., get a Realtor to do a Free CMA Home Value Analysis to give you a good idea. Do not count on these online home value automated programs. A good Agent will know more about your local market and what can be done to max out your return.
