1. For sale - empty and not rented. 2. Purchased for a senior family member who occupies unit - no rent collected? 3. Snowbird - second residence? 4. Owner occupying but has different mailing address?
These are all being defined as "rentals" by complex management company when NONE are rented. Are there rules defining owner occupancy for a condo complex somewhere? This is profoundly impacting financing capabilities.
