If you are purchasing a home in Miami, the microwave in and of itself is not that important. What is important is whether or not the lack of one leaves a gaping home in the kitchen facade.
If the home is old enough, then it may simply have had a microwave resting on the counter. No one will miss this. But if the microwave was built in and is now missing, it looks odd to the buyers.
Nonetheless, the Miami home price is not likely to be dramatically affected by the lack of a microwave oven.
If you are the owner of his Miami home for sale, spend t he money to put one in. The cost of the microwave and the installation will be more than offset by the money you receive in return.
