Public records in your county can give you the info or an easier way is to contact a realtor and explain what you are looking for. This should be a service offered by any real estate professional. please feel free to let me know what you are looking for and I would be happy to send the information to you.

You can contact a realtor who has all that information at their fingertips. Tell them upfront what your plans are. We can help you. Always feel free to contact us at Creative Choice Realty. Good Luck

Trulia give very easy access to this information. Go to http://www.trulia.com, and search for your city, or even better your ZIP. Then, just check the box under the map that says "recently sold homes" and you have a map with both the for sale and sold properties in the area. From there, it can be helpful to zoom in the map onto your neighborhood so you don't have to wade through all the other stuff in your city.

Hope this helps!

The Court house should have the answers you need. It would be a lot easier for you to contact a realtor. We usually have the resources to find those answers much easier. Good Luck!

Most Realtors will provide you this info with no cost or obligation. Realtors are inclined to do this as a goodwill gesture and community service. Don't hesitate to ask a local Realtor.

Alternatively, check with the town or county tax records which show property transfers, amounts, and dates.

In some communities prices are public record. Call your county records office and ask them if sales prices are public information. They can usually help guide you to ways to look at the records. This may be the best way if your community is new or still being built out with lots of sales directly from builder to buyer. You might also want to ask a Realtor first, especially if you are in a resale community where most homes are sold by Realtors. We normally will have good information on sales prices, trends and can help you determine the value of your home. Let me know if I can get you connected to a great Realtor in your area.
