James Monahan, Home Buyer in Albuquerque, NM

How do I get on a statewide MLS in Arkansas? The listing agent just informed me that he only covers a small region.

I have a house and land for sale, but in this rural area, I need greater exposure and it seems that the MLS system here is regional.

All MLS are regional:
And there can only be ONE Listing.
Ergo; Internet Listings; most of which are only placed by your Realtor.

You may think that showing your place in Spokane or Boston will attract someone who wants to buy and wouldn't have seen it otherwise, but that is so remote, it isn't worth the effort.
If someone wants to buy in Arkansas, they will look in Arkansas.
If you want to spend the money advertising in the Los Angeles Times; go for it.
As Dr. Phil would say; "Let us know how it works for you."
