How do I change the price on my listing?

Hi Barbara,

If your listing has been syndicated to Trulia from another source (your MLS, Point2, ListingDomains, Postlets...) you would have to edit the source and then it will update in Trulia. It may take up to 72 hours.

I would hope as a broker you knew the answer to that question:) I am going to go out on the limb and guess you mean the price on Trulia.
if so go to your listings page find the listing and click edit.
you can do it there.

If you know what price you want to ask, you simply inform the agent that you are working with about the price change. If you are unsure about how much and when you should implement a price change, you should seek the advice of a professional Realtor in your area. If you have concerns about the agent you are dealing with, call the managaer or owner/broker directlly of the agency.
