The listings on trulia are by both syndication and hand input, depending on the resources your realtor has. I do both. Hand inputs require updating and expire after 2 weeks if not maintained. Myself I am in the habit of renewing once a week, for the manual inputs.

If the listing is here via your realtors IDX/MLS exchange, make sure you have provided the distressed homeowner addendum to your realtor, and that your realtor has made the necessary comments in the private remarks. The MLS is now scanning for compliance on this policy as a requirement of the new distressed property law, effective june 12th. If this is not done, they will remove the listing from the database until compliance is done.

I am not saying this is the case, but I know this is now happening, so double check those compliance issues.

Your listing is probably expired on Trulia. Your Realtor has to go in and manually refresh the listing every few weeks.
