Try the Fairfax Ct. Courthouse if you cannot or do not have your previous closing statement from 7 years ago. Also, if you are able to find your Owner's Title Insurance Policy (assuming you purchased your owners policy when you closed 7 years ago, then you can save money when you refinance because you can get a "reissue rate".

Hope this helps.

If you are refinancing "again" when was your last refinance? The issue might not go back to your original purchase but the last refi. Still should check your HUD-1 from your most recent settlement.

Check the HUD-1, your closing file, deed or contact your agent. If you don't have your agent's number but remember the name let me know I might be able to find it on our system. Good Luck!!

If you still have the settlement sheet from that, all the names will be on it.

Also, try contacting your agent who sold you the house.

Check you closing document folder for their information, if you have not already done so.
