Has the government shut-down talk slowed down the processing of FHA mortgages?

That situation was thankfully avoided and FHA is moving forward, albeit with some higher fees on 4/18

Hi Sharon,

There was much talk about the potential shutdown greatly affecting government loans. Our corporate office was distributing emails, constantly updating us on the latest news and what we should be doing with our current loans in case a shutdown occurs. Thankfully it was avoided. Now it is business as usual for us.
