If you are in 60 your lot may be a dry lot or waterfront. That will make a difference in asking price. Are you planning on marketing it yourself or listing through a Realtor? If you are going to give it a try yourself, what marketing tools are you going to use? That will make a difference in your ability to sell. If you do not need to sell, do you think you could fetch a higher price when the prices on land turn around?
