Do you think Charlestown at Park Central will appreciate any in the next few years?

Asked by , Sat Feb 28, 2009

I have a condo there that I want to sell but prices are about 70% lower than original Prices. I see you have a listing there What do you think about Park Central?

For the foreseable future I would think that with more foreclosures on the way ( almost 20 % increase in 2009) that we are in for a long haul.especially with Condos.
Wish I could tell you what you want to hear, but instead you should hear the truth.
It aint pretty for sellers but a boon for buyers.

Only if you're going to buy one for cash from a bank... if you are, you should take a look at our condo site... we can help with selection and work with the banks on your behalf. We've done several of these over the last few months.

Real Estate Dev,

Prices should come back (boy there all over the map in there), but maybe not to the price level you paid, hopefully you are living there or you are leasing it out.

I currently have short sales going on for condo's throughout metro west / mall of millenia area.

Check here to see if they are FHA certified for fha loans:
go to the bottom of the page and look for 'FHA Approved Florida Condo’s ' if it's not that will hurt big time.
