Priceose 30% in 3 months. This is outrageous. No property is worth that unless there is more to offer. Banks. are looking at this, as I am a banker and my collegues may not provide loans for this outrageous jump in price.
This is what got real estate in trouble previously. Askisusng for more because you can to take advantage of the consumer.

For example Beazer homes in Nov. 2l012 have raised their prices 40%. I believe local congressman and investors are being investigated for this.

The jump in the economy is to sell houses and stimulate the economy. Many builders are taking adbantage of the consumer by doing this.

Given the much higher level of activity going on for the last couple of months, it would be hard to notice a blip for spring break.

Showings are usually slow for properties that are overpriced for the market.

Many places, like Frisco, are experiencing multiple offers and quick sales.

I don't think so. Most people are reporting record showings and traffic.

What makes you ask this?

81 homes have SOLD AND 57 homes have pending contracts 1/1/2013- 3/21/2013 posted in MLS which does not include builder and FSBO.

Many particulars come into play off showings of any property. No professional can render an opinion for fact we don't list every home in that given area.

Families are searching for homes purchase in that area

Hi Kattin,

You are registered as a home buyer in Allen, but your question sounds like you have a listing on the market in Prosper. If you are asking about how active the market or current showings are for that area, your listing agent can pull showing data by zip code and price from Centralized Showing Service and compare it to the Active listings in the same area. This will give you a measure of the current and past showing activity. Spring break might have had a short term affect on showings, but often there is no way to know what caused a slow down. If your agent does not have a access to the CSS information, send the zip code, property price, & the number of beds & baths to my email. I will pull a report for you.

Hi Patrick, Thank you for your offer - my agent pulled the information. We have had a very active showing schedule and literally, overnight, it has come to a screeching halt - thought it might be due to spring break, vacations, etcs. It does appear a slow down in showings for our entire area the last two weeks.
