Verbal Agreements are generally binding - Sometimes difficult to prove.

However - Specifically the sale of Real Estate requires written documentation.

I would be cautious when dealing with leases; as they may be treated differently.

I am not an attorney and would suggest consultation.

Hello Mark,
Any agreement must be in writing and signed by all parties involved in order to be enforced. Your question is vague so hope this is helpful.

Best wishes!

What is your question? The eviction process is normally started by a written notice. It is normally handled in conjunction with the local police/sherif's department.
