If you are considering a vacant lot in a community with a homeowner's assocation, or a CDD, then yes, you will be responsible for HOA fees and CDD on your annual real estate tax bill.

If you are considering a vacant lot in a non-HOA community, or non-CDD community, then, no, there would not be any extra fees.

FYI, if you buy a vacant lot in a community with HOA rules and fees, you must also take care to keep the lot mowed - unless it is in a maintenance free community where that cost is already part of your fees.

I hope that helps!

There could be. Depending where you are looking , could require differents fees. Remember , you get what you pay for. I would be happy to help you make a choice.
