You will have to look up the taxes for the particular property and check the millage rate. Your profile says Panama City Beach Fl. I can say I work in both Al and Fl and property taxes in Alabama cheaper. Hope that helps and good luck

Look up the taxes on your county's appraiser website. It will depend on the assessed value and milage rate for that area.

In Alabama taxes are based on the value of your property and assesed by the county. Also, we have some of the lowest property taxes in the United States. However insurance can be a lot more expensive on a home depending on how close it is from the water whereas insurance is built in to the property owners association dues that are paid monthly. Depending on the structure these could be lower than insurance on a home close to the beach.
