Flood insurance premiums are based on the type of flood zone you are in, the value of the property and your mortgage, and the amount of your deductible. It is best to get a quote from an insurance agent based on the particulars for that property.

I can better answer on Monday when I can reach an insurance agent. My experience in that area suggest you would start at 1200. per year and go up.

Depends, clas A, B, or C flood zone, anywhere from 300 yr. up to 1200. estimated only, I'm a realtor, not a insurance guy. I could ask the seller if you nlike.
