vandalized. I have two properties in rough areas and vandals took every piece of copper, water heater and furnace they could. Total around $50,000 in damage. My insurance company wants to trick me out of my claim. After I established my initial policy, they inserted a "coinsurance" clause without informing me. They say this clause means they don't have to pay the first 45% of the claim. Of course there's a deductible as well. I'm in need of an attorney to represent me on contingency. Can you help or do you know someone who can?

Conrad Miller would be a good person to call to see what your options are.
