And I gather that you don't think that the LISTING price reflects that work?
Or, are you assuming that the LISTING price is the Market Value for a nice, complete, finished house, and therefore you are deducting money for the things you want to do?
Have you worked with a Realtor to determine what the Market Value of the house is?
That would mean that everyone is picking numbers out of the air, and calling them REAL?
Please call a Buyer's Agent and do it right.
