the house on 43 West street in Reading, MA is listed as two different prices and we were wondering which is accurate (699 K or 559 K). thanks.

It's currently off the market but a Buyer's Agent could pursue it for you. Us, or other buyer agents. It has been on and off the market. I'll let you conclude from that what you will.

The property simply dropped in price from its original listing date. Unfortunately it is no longer on the market. Perhaps the seller will re-list in the spring with a lower price.

Hi Lil,

This property was listed on MLS at $750,000 on 2-23-07 and expired (no longer listed) on 11-13-08 at $559,900 ... and yes, you guessed it; one of the interim prices was $699,900. According to The Warren Group public records it is currently bank owned. In my professional opinion (I specialize in this area), the property was consistently over priced.
