Banks will not normally deal with an interested party directly and pass their real estate business to the professionals. Your best course of action is to contact a local realtor for information on the property. They will likely be able to support your interests.

You cannot contact anyone at the bank. Banks work through real estate agents that they list a property with.

You best bet is to get a buyer's agent and he/she would be able to help you find what you need and answer all your questions.

The bank will not give you the correct answear. Please contact the local Real Estate office to research the
property for you. Best of luck

Whether the property is in Lincoln, Nebraska or here locally in Brevard county, it is a challenge to contact a bank directly about a property if you are not one of the names on the mortgage. If it is already a bank owned property (REO), you will need to find the asset manager for the property. If it is a distressed home in pre-foreclosure, you will need to contact the owner of the property or find the name of the attorney representing the bank who is doing the foreclosure procedings. A real estate agent that is familiar with bank owned properties in Lincoln could be a good start for you also. I could help you find an agent if you do not already have one in the area.
