Hello Jerilyn:

Great Question.

There are many different types of loans that fit a variety of different buyer needs. I agree with Mandy that there are not necessarilty loan packages for the specific need your inquired about. Having said that, all lenders, whether Mortgage Brokers, Banks or Credit Unions have different programs and different closing costs which vary ... more complex than I can cover here, However, if you would like a list of local lenders (including Mandy) I have relationships with, I would be happy to compile a short list.

Feel free to call or email me for additional information.

Hello Jerilyn: I don't know of any special loans but the regular loans that most people know about seem like they would fit. Conventional, FHA, FHA 203k rehab, USDA Rural Housing. Let me know if you would like to go over your options.
